Senior Manager Tech Ops, Operational Excellence

The Senior Manager Tech Ops, Operational Excellence role is responsible for leading and driving principle-based behaviors within Tech Ops, including creating value for business and customers, accountability and ownership, integration and inclusiveness, and more. The role will also identify, manage, and execute projects and improve processes within Tech Ops to deliver year-over-year improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Engineering, Technical or Science or extensive equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10 years related work experience
• 8-10 years of demonstrated success in applying Continuous Improvement / BEx tools
• 2 - 5 years’ experience in business improvement, quality systems or other areas related to the project
