Requirements

• Ability to use virtual sales techniques to ensure positive results
• Successful completion of product training
• Facilitate account management skills
• Engage healthcare professionals with in-depth informational/promotional communications
• Establish phone presence and create rapport with healthcare professionals
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of product information
• Listen and respond appropriately to customer needs and questions
• Process customer requests related to product information and samples
• Display ability to thoroughly answer questions related to product samples and literature
• Provide information pertaining to additional sources of information regarding product and services
• Display a positive attitude and customer focus
• Project a professional and positive company image through all phone interactions
• Manage inbound and outbound call activity effectively
• Navigate phone conversations with approved best practices
• Understand systems and accurately enter all relevant information into system
• Collaborate with team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
• Meet and exceed established daily, weekly, and monthly outbound call volume metrics
