As part of ABC’s Revenue Operations team, the Outbound SDR plays a vital role in building a predictable, repeatable engine for net-new pipeline generation. This role is focused on proactive outreach into high-value ICP accounts—creating qualified demand where none currently exists.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of outbound sales or prospecting experience (B2B SaaS preferred)
• Ability to research accounts, identify pain, and craft personalized outreach
• Consistent execution of structured cadences across phone, email, and LinkedIn
• High accountability to performance KPIs and conversion metrics
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex solutions
• Proficiency with CRM and prospecting tools (Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
• Highly coachable, open to direct feedback, call reviews, and ongoing skill development
