The Cleaning Team Leader is responsible for supervising and leading the cleaning team on a high-profile corporate site. The role focuses on team supervision, quality standards, client experience, Health & Safety, and ensuring cleaning tasks are completed to a consistently high standard.
Requirements
- Previous experience leading and supervising a cleaning team (office/corporate environment)
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on quality standards
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written including emails) with internal and external stakeholders
- IT Skills basic knowledge required of Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to prioritise workload, plan effectively, and build positive working relationships
- Calm under pressure and able to problem-solve proactively
- Customer-focused approach with a professional, smart appearance
- Ability to work on own initiative and take full responsibility for the role
- Ability to follow processes and ensure the team follows required instructions
