Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience in managing engineers and specialists
- Experience with using CAFM systems
- Good IT skills - Intermediate level, excel, word, power point
- Excellent communication skills - client facing role
- Good understanding of Health & Safety in the workplace
- City & Guilds Technical qualifications - A relevant trade or demonstrable experience in one or more of the following areas: Combustion / Electrical / HVAC / Mechanical / Building Services / Plumbing / Mechanical
