Regional Director, Sales position at Abnormal AI. The ideal candidate will oversee and grow a team within our Enterprise Sales organization, setting the vision, driving execution, and enabling team members to succeed through disciplined process, collaboration, and strong go-to-market alignment. The role requires a seasoned sales leader with experience in team building, talent development, and pipeline generation, as well as strong communication and presentation skills.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Enterprise Sales experience
• 3+ years of leading a sales team
• Strong hunter mentality and experience managing teams responsible for creating new demand, new customer acquisition, and sourcing new pipeline
• Successful experience closing complex Enterprise sales with multiple buying influences in new or emerging solution categories
