Abnormal AI is seeking a Revenue Marketing Program Manager to own the planning and execution of regional and partner-driven demand generation programs across Latin America. This role is responsible for generating qualified pipeline, accelerating deal velocity, and increasing brand visibility through localized, data-driven programs.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B demand generation or revenue marketing, ideally in SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Proven success owning and delivering regional pipeline targets.
- Deep understanding of full-funnel demand generation and performance measurement.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo (or similar), and ABM platforms.
- Strong data fluency with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Channel partners.
- Fluent Brazilian Portuguese.
