Resident Services Coordinator

Abode, a nonprofit organization working to end homelessness in the Bay Area, seeks a Resident Services Coordinator for its Montecito program in Mountain View, CA. The Coordinator will provide housing stabilization services to homeless and low-income households, including counseling, referral services, and individualized housing plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Services, Social Work, Sociology, or related field or equivalent field experience
• 1 year of case management experience providing services to homeless or low-income individuals and/or families
• Valid California Driver's License and current auto insurance
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings
• Excellent verbal & written communication, organizational, and time management skills
