Resident Services Coordinator

Abode, a nonprofit working to end homelessness in the Bay Area, seeks a Resident Services Coordinator for our program in Santa Clara, CA. The Coordinator provides housing stabilization services to homeless and low-income households, including counseling, referral, and individualized housing plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Services, Social Work, Sociology, or related field
• 1 year of case management experience providing services to homeless or low-income individuals and/or families
• Valid California Driver's License and current auto insurance
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Benefits
