Resident Services Coordinator

Abode, a nonprofit working to end homelessness in the Bay Area, seeks a Resident Services Coordinator for its Kifer Senior Apartments program in Santa Clara, CA. The Coordinator provides housing stabilization services, including counseling, referrals, and individualized housing plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Services, Social Work, Sociology, or related field or equivalent field experience.
• 1 year of case management experience providing services to homeless or low-income individuals and/or families.
• Use of personal vehicles and proof of valid California Driver's License and current auto insurance, along with a clean DMV record.
