Requirements
- Several years in recruiting coordination or talent operations within high-growth or tech-focused organizations
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), especially Ashby
- Data management tool proficiency
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and align multiple stakeholders
- Experience using and building AI tools to optimize workflows
- Experience generating and interpreting recruiting analytics and reports
- Familiarity with remote or distributed work environments
- Passion for building equitable and inclusive hiring processes
