Job Description
Join Abridge as a Recruiting Coordinator and help shape the future of healthcare through AI innovation. This is a hybrid position, requiring three in-office days per week at our SoHo office in New York City, NY.
Requirements
- Several years in recruiting coordination or talent operations within high-growth or tech-focused organizations.
- Experience using and building AI tools to optimize workflows is required.
- Experience generating and interpreting recruiting analytics and reports.
- Familiarity with remote or distributed work environments.
- A passion for building equitable and inclusive hiring processes.
