Senior Business Analyst

Empowering Africa's tomorrow, together...one story at a time. The Senior Business Analyst plays a critical role in enabling Business Banking strategy by bridging business needs and technology delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field
• Postgraduate qualification or BA certification (e.g. CBAP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma)
• 7-10+ years’ Business Analysis experience (preferably in Financial Services / Business Banking)
• Proven experience working on complex transformation, digital, or data initiatives
• Strong understanding of Business Banking products, operations, and client segments
• Technical skills: Business analysis tools (process mapping, requirements documentation), Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, SAFe), Data analysis and interpretation, Process modelling (As-Is / To-Be), Business case development
• Behavioural competencies: Strategic thinking and problem-solving, Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, Commercial acumen (Business Banking context), High attention to detail and delivery focus, Ability to work in a matrix environment and manage competing priorities
