Sales Engineer, Greater Asia

We're looking for a Sales Engineer to provide technical pre-sales support as an expert solution within our fast-growing Greater Asia business. The Sales Engineer is a highly technical sales professional who is responsible for working with Account Executives (AEs) and Channel Account Managers (CAM) to drive significant revenue growth within the region.

Requirements

• Experience with complex technical sales cycles
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to all levels of people
• Understanding of data-in-transit security
• Understanding of network services and systems
• Familiar with popular firewall vendors and basic rule design
• Understanding of authentication methods and protocols
• Understanding of AV, EDR, Incident Response, Forensics, or other endpoint or network security tools
• Strong understanding of Windows (Desktop and Server), macOS, and Linux operating systems
• Can troubleshoot complex network environments
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin
