Expression of Interest: Fiji Program Support Platform and Programs, Senior Administration Functions

The Fiji Program Support Platform (FPSP) is seeking expressions of interest for two senior administration roles: ESU Senior Administrator and Senior Administration Coordinator, Infrastructure. The roles will provide high-quality administration, coordination, and secretariat support to senior leadership teams and platform-wide governance. Successful applicants will have strong administrative, executive support, and secretariat skills, with experience working in development programs/organisations.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience that aligns with the key responsibilities outlined above, preferably with development programs/organisations.
• Well-developed and demonstrated administrative, executive support and secretariate skills to professionally and efficiently support leadership teams.
• Demonstrated ability to operate with innovation, adaptability, flexibility, and resilience to accommodate change in a complex, high-energy environment.
• Strong analytical and writing skills including the preparation of reports and briefs for internal and external stakeholder audiences, including with senior government officials.
• Experienced user of the Microsoft Office suite of software programs.
