Expression of Interest: Fiji Program Support Platform and Programs, Senior Administration Functions

The Fiji Program Support Platform (FPSP) is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified applicants for two roles: Executive Support Unit (ESU) Senior Administrator and Senior Administration Coordinator, Infrastructure. The successful applicants will provide high-quality administrative, coordination, and secretariat support to senior and executive leadership teams, as well as facilitate coordination across various health and education infrastructure activities.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in administration, coordination, and executive support
• Well-developed administrative, executive support, and secretariat skills
• Ability to operate with innovation, adaptability, flexibility, and resilience in a complex environment
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of software programs
