Job Description
Abtech Technologies is seeking an entry-level IT Support Engineer to support remote clients within Southern California. The role involves providing Tier 1 support via phone, web tools, and in-person visits, as well as preventive maintenance and advising customers. This is a 20/80 split between remote work and on-site visits.
Requirements
- Basic hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Windows Desktop Support (Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7).
- Competent in troubleshooting and setup of Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Ability to handle client interactions professionally and respectfully.
- Highly motivated and organized with attention to detail.
