Information Technology Support Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Information Technology Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. Reporting to Manager, Information Technology, this is a full stack IT Infrastructure Support which offers exciting opportunity to demonstrate technical skills to support business strategy and the IT Applications within Arrow’s facilities in Asia Pacific.

What You Will Do

Provide Level 1 and 2 IT support for Office and Warehouse users, addressing hardware, software, and OS issues, log, escalate, and resolve incidents using the ticketing system, maintain Windows and macOS devices, and install, configure, and support operating systems, applications, peripherals, and Microsoft 365 services.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We are looking for a candidate with 4-year degree and 2-3 years IT experience with solid helpdesk or deskside support background, proficient in M365 Suite, knowledge of barcode equipment, able to work in both office and warehouse settings, and strong troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
