We are looking for a Community Manager to lead daily operations at our affordable housing community in Janesville, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have experience in affordable housing, property management, leasing, or customer service, and knowledge of HUD, Section 8, LIHTC, or affordable housing compliance. The Community Manager will be responsible for building positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members, managing leasing, recertifications, and compliance documentation, and maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all residents.
Requirements
- Experience in affordable housing, property management, leasing, or customer service
- Knowledge of HUD, Section 8, LIHTC, or affordable housing compliance
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office
- A positive attitude and passion for serving the community
