Job Description
We are seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to join our team at Lakeside Gardens in Fond du Lac, WI. As a hands-on role, you will be responsible for completing maintenance and repair requests, preparing apartments for new residents, and maintaining clean, safe, and attractive grounds and common areas.
Requirements
- Previous maintenance experience (property maintenance a plus!)
- Working knowledge of general trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and commitment to great service
