Job Description
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Property Maintenance Technician to support one apartment community in Madison, WI and one apartment community and one townhome community in Fitchburg, WI. As our Maintenance Technician, you'll be the go-to expert for keeping our properties in top shape.
Requirements
- Previous maintenance experience (property maintenance preferred, but not required)
- General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Positive attitude and great customer service skills
