Credit and Collections, Sr.

The Credit and Collections, Sr. position is responsible for reconciling accounts and collections, performing research for customers regarding billing issues, and preparing lien releases. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as effective written and verbal communication skills. The position also involves preparing weekly credit agenda reports and working with internal employees and external customers.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience with customer service and commercial collections
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage heavy workload
• Knowledge of personal computers including demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
