Job Description
This position will be responsible for the reconciliation of accounts and collections as well as performing research for customers regarding billing issues. The candidate will inform customers of a ‘past due’ balance, handle customer inquiries on outstanding invoices, and revise or credit invoices as appropriate.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience with customer service and commercial collections
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
