Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge is seeking a Banquet Manager to join their team. As a luxury hospitality leader, the successful candidate will provide vision and leadership to foster an engaged team and ensure quality, efficiency, and superior service at each group function. The role requires at least 2 years of previous leadership experience in food and beverage, with minimum 1 year banquet experience, and Pro Serve certification.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience in food and beverage
- Minimum 1 year banquet experience
- Pro Serve certification
- Valid Alberta Driver license
- University/College degree in a related discipline (preferred)
- Train the Trainer and Interaction Management and asset
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Property Manager and Sales and Catering system (preferred)
