The Grand Hôtel Roi René MGallery **** is recruiting a Sous Chef in full-time employment from April. The hotel is located in the heart of Aix-en-Provence and offers a premium experience combining contemporary elegance, authenticity, and Provençal art of living.
Requirements
- Pay particular attention to presentation, quality, and good temperature of dishes
- Master all types of cooking for all foods
- Manage refrigerator content and cleanliness
- Manage commis and apprentices, training and supervising them
- Respect HACCP norms and attention to food safety
