Chef de Partie (H/F/X)

We are looking for a Sous Chef to manage their post in autonomy and actively contribute to the quality of culinary services offered to our clients at the Novotel Nice Centre Vieux-Nice hotel.

Requirements

• Culinary training (CAP/BEP/BTS) or significant experience in the hospitality/restaurant industry
• Confirmed experience on a similar post
• Strong organizational skills, rigour and reactivity
• Team spirit and good relational skills
• Ability to work under pressure
