The Fairmont Monte Carlo is seeking a Sous Chef to provide professional and welcoming services, manage food stock and orders, and ensure proper rotation and storage of food. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in cuisine, ability to lead a brigade, and manage multiple demands at once.
