We are seeking a Demi Chef de Partie - Halwaii to prepare and present a variety of Indian sweets and traditional desserts as per standard recipes and quality guidelines. Assist the Chef de Partie in daily mise-en-place and timely preparation of halwaii items.
Requirements
- Diploma or Certification in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management
- Minimum 2β4 years of experience in Indian sweets or Halwaii section in a hotel, restaurant, or catering establishment
- Strong knowledge of traditional Indian mithai, regional sweets, and dessert preparation techniques
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen operations (HACCP knowledge preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with good teamwork and time management skills
