Demi Chef de Partie – South Indian

We are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to assist in the preparation and presentation of authentic South Indian dishes at our hotel in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine techniques and ingredients, as well as experience in a similar position in a hotel or fine-dining restaurant.

Requirements

• Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or equivalent
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position
• Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine techniques and ingredients
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn
