Requirements
- Provide professional, courteous, and anticipatory services to guests
- Ensure uniformity in the preparation of all dishes and that they are in line with recipes and hotel standards
- Work in concert with kitchen staff and report to the First Chef and the Chef at all times
- Be responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Respect policies, procedures, and service standards for kitchens
- Respect and master all hygiene and safety policies during food handling
