Job Description
The Overnight Steward Supervisor oversees non-culinary kitchen operations, including dishwashing, cleaning, and small equipment maintenance and ordering. They assist the front of the house by supplying and keeping inventory of all china, glassware and silver related to food service.
Requirements
- Previous stewarding experience
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
- Flexible schedule, able to work holidays, weekends
