Job Description
As a Sales Manager Catering at Pullman Jakarta Indonesia, you will be responsible for generating leads, coaching others, and closing sales. You will also be responsible for managing admin work, maintaining communication with clients, and developing international accounts and segment action plans to grow the hotel's share from international/Regional/Global managed accounts.
Requirements
- Five (5) years’ experience in a Sales position, preferably in a global hotel chain
- Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment
- Professional communication skills with consumers, stakeholders and regional office
- Confident personality with leadership skills with good presentation skills
- English – excellent oral and written skills
- Computer literacy adapted to the field of Sales: strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word)
- Familiar with Accor Tools (Global RFPs, Cvent, ANAIS etc.)
