Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field, 1 year of experience working with individuals with mental illness or disability, and good written and oral communication skills

High school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid certification preferred, experience working with individuals with developmental or other disabilities preferred
Coordinator - Family Support Services Program
Bachelor's degree in human services, 1 year of direct care experience, and strong communication and organizational skills
Waiver Case Manager
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or related field, or related experience
FMS Coordinator
Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field, one year of experience processing payroll or conducting budget reconciliation, two years of experience working with individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities
Administrative Coordinator
High school diploma/GED and 1-4 years of experience in human services, excellent time management and communication skills, and knowledge of 245D programs and documentation
Lead Direct Support Professional
Minimum qualifications include a 4-year bachelor's degree in a field related to human services and 1-3 years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or age 65 and older
Manager of Case Management
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or related field, 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience, 2+ years of waivered case management experience
