Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
• 1 year of experience working with individuals with a mental illness or disability (if degree is not in a related field)
• Current Social Work license (if degree is in Social Work)
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in crisis situations
• Comfortable with high-volume paperwork
• Attention to detail and process oriented
