Accord is seeking a mission-driven Waiver Case Management to join a team of Case Managers in making a difference in the lives of people living with disabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft, Google, and care-related platforms.
• Ability to pass mandated background checks.
• Current Driver's license and clean driving record with reliable, insured vehicle.
