Coordinator - Family Support Services Program

As a Family Support Services Coordinator at Accord, you will partner with management to provide outreach efforts to families in need of services, help process new participants, and ensure the organization of programs and services to provide excellent services to those supported. We are a mission-driven organization that empowers people with disabilities or mental health issues to achieve their personal or career goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field
• One year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older
• Passion for helping people with mental and physical disabilities
• Computer literacy and expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and/or database software
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• Ability to travel locally (Metro area)
