Job Description
The Residence Aide role is a critical on-site position providing residential care, training and supervision to residents in ADL skills. Responsibilities include providing training, assisting with activities of daily living, and ensuring resident safety and health. This is a direct-shift position demanding 24-hour coverage and reporting to inclement weather.
Requirements
- Valid NY State driver’s license
- Valid NY State driver’s license (OTC)
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Valid NY State driver’s license (acceptable to the agency’s insurance carrier)
- Must be able to perform medication administration, CPR, First Aid and SCIP certifications
