They will assist the Principal in providing leadership and supporting teachers in developing and communicating strategic school systems, culture, and vision.
Requirements
- NJ Principal or Supervisor Certificate, or equivalent
- Master's degree
- 5 years teaching and working in classrooms and coaching teachers
- Experience in low-income schools and/or communities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written skills
