Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Manager to join our team at Ackerherz, a rapidly growing online bio-supermarket in Germany. As the central point of contact for our members, you will process requests, solve problems, and ensure that each member feels well taken care of. You will contribute to the further development of our support processes and work directly with our Customer Support Team Lead.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of professional experience in B2C customer support, customer success or customer service
- Experience in handling ticketing and support tools (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom)
- AI Fluency: routine use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, automation tools)
- Abitur or comparable qualification
- Fluent German language skills on C2 level and fluent English (C1)
