3+ years of related experience, EPA certification, and supervisory experience required
Maintenance Technician 3 - Britton Woods Apartments
1+ years of experience, EPA Type I & II certification, valid driver's license, and high school diploma
Leasing Consultant - Austin Park Apartments
Previous customer service experience and leasing and/or sales experience are required, and proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office is preferred
Community Manager - Carson Farms
At least 2 years of residential property management or relevant leadership, operations, and/or performance management experience; Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certification preferred; Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft office
Maintenance Technician 3
1 year of related experience, EPA Type I & II certification, high school diploma or equivalent
Maintenance Technician 2 - Altura Apartments
