The Ackermann Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician 3 to join their team at The Britton Woods Apartments in Dublin, Ohio. The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot and repair various operational and mechanical needs of the property.
Requirements
- 1 or more years of related experience
- EPA Type I & II certification
- Valid driver's license with proof of insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPO and CAMT certifications preferred
- Aquatherm system experience preferred
