Job Description
We are looking for a talented maintenance professional to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks within the apartment community, including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, and machinery repairs. Excellent customer service skills are a must.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property
- High School Diploma/GED
- Preferred certifications: HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing
- Valid driver's license may be required
