Job Description
We are looking for a talented maintenance professional who takes pride in their work. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks within the apartment community, including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical/appliance repairs. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in commercial property or multi-unit residential property, a high school diploma, and strong customer service skills.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid driver's license (depending on the needs of the property)
- HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing certifications (depending on the property)
- Self-motivated, team-player, communication, interpersonal, attention to detail, customer service, and personal accountability
