Job Description
As a Field Sales Representative for Auris, you will be responsible for prospecting and closing deals with small and mid-sized merchants and businesses in the area. You will work closely with your local Payroll Division Manager and Territory Manager to set appointments, present Auris solutions, and maintain regular communication. This role offers a competitive compensation package, including uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity.
Requirements
- Prospecting new clients
- Maintaining existing/prospective client records
- Achieving minimum production requirements
- Building knowledge of current product/service portfolio
- Attending weekly team meeting and one-on-one with leader
- Additional responsibilities as needed
