Job Description
The Payroll Division Sales Manager will lead market penetration through targeted Payroll campaigns, manage and achieve productive sales goals, and lead a team of Payroll Territory Managers and Senior Product Advisors. The role requires recruiting and interviewing team members, developing business plans, and maintaining relationships with partners and external organizations.
