The Payroll Division Sales Manager is responsible for leading sales efforts and managing a team of Payroll Territory Managers and Senior Product Advisors to drive incremental revenue from new and existing clients. The role requires recruiting, interviewing, and developing a sales team, as well as maintaining client relationships and managing sales goals.

- Recruit and interview to continuously grow the sales team(s)
- Manage region and hold team accountable for productive sales goals
- Support employees in the field and coach up when necessary
- Maintain client records in CRM system
- Develop knowledge of product/service portfolio and financial technology industry
