As a Sales Recruiter, you'll be the engine behind our expanding Payroll and HCM sales organization—sourcing, attracting, and hiring the kind of talent that doesn't just meet goals but shatters them.
Requirements
- Partner with Sales leadership to identify hiring needs and define role requirements.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified sales professionals.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-potential sales talent for current and future roles.
- Track recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
- Promote the company's employer brand and create a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with cross functional HR teams to ensure a positive candidate and onboarding experience.
- Use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates; such as social media (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.); and manage current candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System.
