Requirements
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber sales talent.
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural fit and sales competency.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales candidates for future openings.
- Provide a best-in-class candidate experience through consistent and timely communication.
