We're seeking a Childrens Services Team Leader to lead and support a team in providing community short breaks to children with disabilities and additional needs. The role involves planning activities, recording outcomes, and ensuring the safety and engagement of children.
Requirements
- Relevant Level 3 Early Years childcare qualification
- Experience working with children with disabilities and additional needs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
