Job Description
As a Team Leader Residential, you will lead a team to deliver high-quality, child-centred care and create a safe, nurturing environment for young people to thrive. You will guide and motivate your team, oversee daily operations, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- Experience leading or supervising a team within a care setting
- Experience working within residential children’s services or short breaks
- Confidence using IT systems for clear and accurate record keeping
- Knowledge of Ofsted requirements
- Understanding of safeguarding, GDPR and relevant legislation
